If the till screen has stopped responding and you can not press any buttons, try the following:

  1. Plug a USB keyboard into the till. USB ports found next to the cables that plug into the till e.g. power cable
  2. Press the CTRL ALT DEL buttons on the keyboard
  3. Press the option for Task Manager
  4. Press and highlight the Touch Screen Software for EPOS app
  5. Press End Task
  6. Once the till software closes, double tap the CES Touch Software icon on the desktop to start the software
