If the Epos terminal will not turn on or is having trouble booting up, try the following:

  1. Turn the power off for the till and unplug from the wall
  2. Leave unplugged for 10 minutes
  3. Plug the power back into the wall and turn on
  4. Try turning the till back on using the on/off button on the till
